Access to certain features may vary depending on your subscription level.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

To manage your social media accounts effectively, Pixietor requires permissions from platforms like Pinterest, Google, YouTube Shorts, X, Mastodon, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. By authorizing Pixietor, you grant access to APIs for the following purposes:
- Scheduling, publishing, and managing posts.
- Accessing analytics, comments, and messages.
- Managing account engagement (e.g., likes, shares).
These permissions can be revoked at any time through your social platform settings.
5.2 Compliance
Pixietor adheres to the terms of all supported platforms, including:
- TikTok Developer Terms
- Facebook Platform Policies
- Pinterest API Terms
- Google API Terms
- YouTube API Services Terms
- X Developer Terms
- Mastodon Policies
- Instagram Graph API Policy
Failure to comply with these terms may result in service disruptions.
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Plans
Pixietor offers subscription-based plans with varying levels of features and services. Subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are outlined during the signup process.
6.2 Billing and Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
- You authorize Pixietor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds are not provided except as required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion or agreement.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Pixietor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Pixietor is not responsible for content errors, interruptions, or platform outages caused by third-party platforms.
- Pixietor’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a retention period as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Termination by Pixietor
Pixietor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Required platform permissions are revoked.
- Your activities harm the Service or its users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
